I am a passionate Elementary Education major who is deeply invested in fostering the growth and development of children with special needs. My background combines a mix of Corporate and Primary Education as a Substitute Teacher, which has helped me develop a flexible and inclusive method of teaching. My teaching style includes various teaching methods, most influenced by Behaviorist and Constructivist theories, as well as Social-Emotional Learning.
My time in both the classroom and Human Resources has broadened my understanding of diverse teaching methods for a variety of students. I'm convinced that my true passion lies in elementary education, particularly with children who need extra attention and care. I'm enthusiastic about further developing my skills in this field, networking with like-minded individuals, and eagerly anticipating meeting my next group of students!
